About Njomza
Njomza Hoxha was appointed Managing Director of the KEEF (Kosovo Energy Efficiency Fund) in February 2026. Ms. Hoxha brings with her extensive professional experience in the fields of public finance, financial management, auditing, as well as institutional and corporate governance.
She has held supervisory roles in the banking sector, including engagements in board-level committees for internal audit, risk management, and information technology. Throughout her career, she has been involved in significant financial reform, consultancy, and management projects in both the public and private sectors. These include energy efficiency and renewable energy projects funded by international partners such as the World Bank, USAID, and LuxDev, contributing to the improvement of financial management systems, increased transparency, and the strengthening of good governance in public institutions at both local and central levels.
Hoxha is a certified real estate appraiser and holds university degrees in banking, finance, and accounting, including postgraduate studies in these fields.
