About Enis
Enis Spahiu has over 15 years of work experience in the public sector, where he has held positions such as Director of the Legal Department and Secretary General at the Ministry of Finance. He has extensive experience in legal, administrative, human resource, and financial matters. He holds a Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree in International Legal Studies and has completed several programs related to the European integration process and the harmonization of legislation with the Acquis.
Spahiu was appointed as the Chairperson of the Board of Directors of the Kosovo Energy Efficiency Fund in February 2022, in his capacity as the representative of the Ministry of Finance.
