About Nora
Nora Arifi is a Senior Portfolio Manager at the Kosovo Credit Guarantee Fund (KCGF). She
brings over 25 years of experience in the banking sector in Kosovo, primarily in managerial
positions at ProCredit Bank. Nora has extensive expertise in SME banking, credit risk
management, business strategy formulation, environmental standards, and the design of
guarantee schemes that foster SME development. At KCGF, she leads efforts in guarantee
portfolio development and stakeholder relations. Nora holds a university degree in Management
and Informatics from the Faculty of Economics, University of Prishtina, and is a certified risk
expert from the Frankfurt School of Finance & Management.
Arifi is a member of the Board of Directors of the Kosovo Energy Efficiency Fund, first
appointed in November 2021 and reappointed for a second term in November 2024.
